New Years Eve. Everyone was busy welcoming the year 2013 in their own ways. I too wanted to spend this night with my love, & have a gala celebration. But as destiny had some other plans, Arpita called me up in the afternoon to break this immensely sad news that she wasnt feeling well. & hence we had to drop the plan. A nice start to the new year. The clock struck 10, & all my friends left the flat to enjoy the young years 1st night. I was left all alone with a bottle of beer in 1 hand, & the phone on the other. Taking a gulp from the bottle i pressed 2, speed dial key for Arpitas no. The key 1 was obviously reserved for HOME, priorities as some say! She picked up the call after 3 complete rings & by that time i was really pissed off because of her carelessness! "Hello." A sleepy Arpita replied.
